This stroller is incredible for the price. My daughter is special needs and doesn't walk at 38 pounds and 5 years old. Our last stroller, rated to 40 pounds, started collapsing on her when she hit 37 pounds. I wanted something really lightweight, but it had to be sturdy enough for her. What I didn't anticipate with this stroller is how much more comfortable it is for her. She doesn't arch to get out of it the minute we're in the house, I actually have to persuade her to get out, she likes it so much. Her 17 pound toddler cousin loves it too. Features: 1. It folds easily, but requires two free hands to fold or unfold it. 2. Unfolding it really is trivially fast. 3 seconds might be overstating it. Compared to other strollers we've tried? It's crazy fast. 3. It pushes easily with one hand. I LOVE THIS. 4. My kid doesn't try to dismantle the hood, etc. It doesn't just rely on... I have pushed my fourteen month old in it as well as my 30lb. three year old. The stroller does well at any weight. I am so glad that it holds up to 55lbs. The stroller tends to rock side to side if you give it a rock but it is sturdy. This is just the way they make it so it folds up nicely. It is very lightweight. Due to being lightweight you almost need two hands to steer it. The padding is much nicer than an ordinary umbrella stroller and that is why we got it. It does fold up nice- a tad bit bigger than an umbrella stroller but totally worth taking up a bit more space. You can carry it on your shoulder if you need to do so. The canopy is nice and big and the colors are bright. The handle comes up nice and high. I am 6' tall and I do not have to slouch over to push it. The best purchase yet on Amazon. I put it in my cart and waited a week and the price went down. I would have paid $$$ if I knew I like it so much. This is it! My children are 5 years, 45 lbs., 46 3/4 in. tall and 8 years, 52 lbs. 48 1/2 in. I don't anticipate my 8 year old using it much, but nice to know she fits if she does need a place to recharge for a bit. It has a high back that makes it comfortable enough for my kids to lay back and rest and the wider seat allows them enough room to not be squashed like a sardine. We tried other similar priced model strollers and although they were for children up to 55 lbs. apparently these are only for very short children. Very easy to fold and unfold and so light! Love the carry strap! Will make our trip to Disney so much more enjoyable! And the color, it will be easy to spot in a sea of strollers! The basket is small, but will be nice to carry water bottles or the resort mugs since there are no... Read more |
